Fuel Used for Feedstock Drying

Applies to: Pellet/Briquettes Plant

This indicator refers to air emissions from energy used in feedstock drying. Drying of feedstock requires considerable amount of energy. Thus energy source used (biomass, other RES, natural gas, other fossil fuels) will have a significant impact on air pollutant emissions.

Which type of fuel is used for feedstock drying?

RES other than biomass

Biomass, Natural gas

Other fossil fuels
