Description:

This indicator refers to the negative impacts of noise pollution from plant operation on human health. According to the WHO findings, noise is the second largest environmental cause of health problems, just after the impact of air quality. The indicator compares measured (if available) or foreseen values with the thresholds prescribed by regulations or permits for specific zones.
