Description:

This indicator refers to an open and transparent engagement between the company, its workers, local communities and other stakeholders with the goal to improve the environmental and social sustainability of the project. The company should provide regular reports to its interested stakeholders on its environmental and social performance, as a separate publication, or on its web site. These reports have to be in a format accessible to the affected communities and their frequency proportionate to the concerns of affected communities.
